NOTE: The following rates go into effect on September 1, 2022.

  • Infants (0-18 months)                               $1100.00
  • Toddlers (19-36 months)                         $975.00 (must be 19 months)
  • Preschool 1 (3 years)                                 $875.00 (must be 3 and potty trained)
  • Preschool 2: (4/5 years)                          $875.00
  • After School Care (5 yrs. +)                    $450.00
  • Full Time Summer Camp                         $875.00
  • Drop-In Care                                                  $70.00 / day for infants - 35 months
  • Drop-In Care                                                 $65.00 / day 3-5 years (potty trained)
  • Drop-In Care                                                 $60.00 / day School Age
  • Drop-in care for school age during school year that are already enrolled in the   afterschool program                                 $45.00/ day

A 10% discount is earned on the oldest child if you have 2 or more children enrolled full time year around. Rounded to the nearest dollar.

Registration/Supply Fee

There is an initial/annual registration/supply of $150.00. This is paid upon enrollment. The annual registration fee for the summer program/afterschool program and drop-in care is $60.00. The State does require updated paperwork annually, therefore, the registration and supply fee is paid yearly from the child's enrollment month.

Meal Information

 Meals vary depending on the number of days in the month. The average meal costs are $90.00-$100.00 for a month as it is based on the number of days, we are open in any given month. The child will be served a healthy baked meal at lunch, a morning and an afternoon snack. Milk is included at each feeding time for children who are in the 3-year-old class and older. Parents of infants and toddlers must provide their own milk. Meal payments must be paid in full on the 1st of each month.

Hot meals program offered on site are a huge asset. Children tend to eat better, have more choices, everyone eats the same meal, and they are offered a huge variety of different types of food that may not be offered at home. Parents enjoy not having to pack a lunch on a daily basis and can avoid the struggle of trying to pack a variety of healthy choices. Just one less stress in our busy lives we live today!

Waiting List vs. Priority Wait List to Secure a Spot

 We have a general wait list in which anyone can be placed upon. This list is created in order of information received. This list is free of charge. To be placed on this list, please call the office or email us and we will be glad to be of assistance.

We have a Priority Wait List: In order to be placed on this list, one must fill out an enrollment agreement and submit a payment of $150.00 per child or $60.00 for afterschool and drop-in care per child. This will secure a spot for the child(ren). The last month of tuition is due before the child attends as a security deposit that will be used when services are no longer needed, and a written notice is given. This will serve as the payment for the last 30-day notice that is required by the school. This may be difficult for some so we do offer payment plans that must be arranged with the office. When the child starts, the regular tuition will be due. If the child starts after the beginning of the month, the tuition rate will be prorated.  The $150.00 is applied to the annual registration/supply fee.  However, if a choice is made not to attend, then the deposit of $150.00 and the security deposit will be lost. The reason:  We have secured the spot for a particular child and turned others away. We require a 30-day written notice be given to the office and once this notice is received, the 30 days will start.

Payment Options

There are 2 different payment options offered for Tuition:
1.) Tuition can be paid in full on the 1st of the month.

2.) Tuition can be paid in halves, 1st and 15th.

 
*** We gladly accept Cash, Check or Money Order and now we can accept CREDIT CARDS for TUITION only. WE cannot use a credit card for meals. ***

We do not accept credit cards for drop-in services unless approved by the Director in advance.
