Ms. Kimberly Schulle:
Kimberly is a full-time Assistant Director at First Step School. She is CDA certified and is obtaining her teaching certificate through on-line classes! Kimberly has 20+ years of experience in working with young children and has been employed at First Step for 16 years.
Mrs. Kailtyn Wright:
Kaitlyn is the Assistant Director. Kaitlyn is the daughter of Tina Owens, the Owner/Director so she knows the ins-and-outs of the business. She is a huge asset to the school and assists the office staff and the teachers. She holds a degree in Animal Science at Texas State University. Go Cats!!!

Mrs. Kamrin Thomas: Mrs. Kamrin is our Preschool 2 teacher. She comes with a positive attitude and loves working with children. We are fortunate to have her! Kamrin truly loves her "job!" She has recently earned her Child Development associate degree in Preschool. She is amazing!
Ms. Cecilia DeLaRosa:
Cecilia is a caregiver of our infants. She has a true love for the children and their families. Cecilia's mother worked in our infant room many years ago and Cecilia would volunteer as a teen. Now she has returned as our full-time infant teacher. She has her CDA with Infants.
Mrs. Monica: Mrs. Monica is our Preschool 1 teacher. She was a Kindergarten teacher in Mexico for 6 years. She brings with her a joy for learning, respect and an invested interest in the students. We welcome her to our First Step School family!
Ms. Maci Tinney: Maci is our one-year-old teacher who is also attending Texas State University. She has some previous childcare experience and is learning very fast. We are glad to have her aboard our team!
Mrs. Sandra is our fulltime Toddler 2 teacher. She is from Brazil where she was a Spanish teacher. She knows three languages! (Portuguese, Spanish and English. She has previous experience in early education and a positive attitude about everything. She loves to learn and in turn, she loves her students to learn!
Ms. Mia Concha:
Ms. Mia has no childcare experience in the past, but she is a quick learner and is settling in our school family fast! She is our two-year old teacher part time. Welcome Ms. Mia!
Ms. Chasidy: Ms. Chasidy in one of our infant teachers. She is new to the early education field and is eager to learn. The infants love her already. She is patient and seems to go with the flow.
Merylene Thomas:
Was employeed with First Step for 17 years. She is truly missed!
Pam Fitzwater:
Mrs. Pam was the lead infant teacher. She was an asset to our school. She was a great teacher that follows school policy and works hard daily to make sure that the babies get the most of their day. Mrs. Pam was employed at First Step School for 16 years. We will miss you!
